Job summary

Cenvar Roofing & Exteriors in Lynchburg, VA is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to evaluate homeowner needs, present exterior remodeling solutions, and close deals. Roofing or construction experience is not required—we train you on the industry and provide a take-home company vehicle.

You will join a growth-focused team with structured training, access to leads, and a commission-based earning potential of $150,000 to $250,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Roofing or construction experience is not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled appointments with homeowners to inspect exteriors (including walking roofs and entering attics).
• Recommend solutions, present clear estimates/pricing, and close sales.
• Manage your calendar, pipeline, CRM records, and follow-up diligently.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and maintain a professional appearance and vehicle.
