Job summary

Delaware Homebuyers is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to meet homeowners face-to-face, understand their needs, negotiate solutions, and convert opportunities into signed agreements.

You will receive company-generated opportunities and also follow up on existing leads, make outbound calls, and create additional chances to close business, with compensation tied to performance and an uncapped commission structure.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside, in-home, high-ticket or consultative sales.
• Strong face-to-face and phone communication skills.
• Confident negotiator who can ask direct questions and discuss significant financial decisions.
• Strong follow-through and personal accountability.
• Coachable and able to follow a structured sales process.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local appointments.

Responsibilities

• Run qualified homeowner appointments throughout Delaware.
• Build trust quickly and understand each homeowner's motivation, timeline and goals.
• Present solutions and negotiate purchase agreements.
• Convert qualified appointments into signed contracts.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with homeowners who aren't ready to move forward immediately.
• Make outbound calls and generate additional appointments during non-field time.
• Maintain accurate opportunities, notes and follow-up tasks in Salesforce.
• Take ownership of your sales pipeline and personal production.
