Home Genius Exteriors in Delaware is seeking a high-energy Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!). As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you’ll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners weekly, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.

You’ll enjoy a hybrid schedule and uncapped commissions, with average first-year earnings of $150K–$200K and top performers earning $300K+.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required (Drive times 30-90 minutes from home).
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Weekend availability (6 days/week).

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily.
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors.
• Present financing options and close sales.
• Build lasting customer relationships.
• Participate in ongoing sales training.
