Job summary

Veterans Roofing is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to meet homeowners, perform exterior inspections, and guide them through the most important home investment. You''ll generate your own leads, deliver interactive presentations, and coordinate with the production team to ensure customer satisfaction.

This is a performance-driven role with uncapped commissions and a base draw. We value attitude and train for skill; veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with homeowners.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and career-oriented.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to climb ladders and walk roofs during inspections.
• Coachable with a willingness to learn product/process.
• Prior sales or construction experience is a plus but not required.
• Veterans and military spouses encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home exterior inspections and assessments for roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and doors.
• Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, educating them on products, processes, and financing options.
• Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, and community networking while receiving company-generated leads.
• Deliver interactive sales presentations using our process and technology suite.
• Work with the production team to ensure smooth project handoffs and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in weekly sales training, coaching sessions, and team meetings.
• Maintain accurate records in AccuLynx and follow up with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
