Job summary

Shamy Heating and Cooling is seeking a Comfort Advisor in Toledo, OH, offering a high-earning sales career with uncapped commissions. You will meet homeowners, assess heating, cooling, and plumbing needs, and present tailored energy solutions that boost comfort and efficiency.

Lead generation, consultative selling, and strong pipeline management are essential. The role requires 4+ years in HVAC/plumbing sales and relevant certifications; a valid driver’s license is assumed for field work.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HVAC and/or plumbing system sales experience with a proven track record.
• Experience in related home improvement areas is a plus.
• BPI, NCI or similar certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate their heating, cooling, and plumbing needs
• Present customized solutions that improve comfort, efficiency, and overall home performance
• Deliver professional, high-impact sales presentations that clearly communicate value
• Build trust with customers through honesty, integrity, and a consultative sales approach
• Prepare accurate proposals and secure signed agreements
• Manage your sales pipeline and follow up with prospects to close opportunities
• Conduct or learn heat load and loss calculations to properly size systems
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and occasional weekends, to meet customer needs
