Job summary

Confie and its family of companies are hiring an Insurance Agent in Goodyear, AZ to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. This full-time role features unlimited/uncapped commissions, inbound leads, walk-in traffic, and comprehensive paid training with ongoing mentorship.

You will solicit new business, expand relationships, and maintain records in the agency management system while delivering excellent customer service and product guidance.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience required or preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred (but not required).
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers.
• Accurate accounting of all currency transactions and timely deposits to the bank.
• Educate and advise customers on products that best fit their needs.
