Job summary

Confie, including its family of brands, is seeking an Insurance Agent in Mesa, AZ to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. Expect inbound leads and no cold calling, plus a generous sign-on bonus and extensive training.

You will earn $15-$19 per hour with unlimited commission, a robust benefits package, and a 401(k) with company match. Training, mentorship, and growth opportunities are available in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• License preferred, but not required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers.
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills.
• Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet sales production goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers to meet production goals.
• Accurate accounting of all currency transactions and timely deposits with scanned documentation.
• Connects quickly; educates and advises customers on products that best fit their needs.
