Absolute International Security in San Dimas, CA, is seeking an unarmed Security Guard - Driving to support field operations. This part-time, non-exempt role focuses on visible security, patrols, access control, and incident response to protect clients and property.

The position pays $17.00–$18.00 per hour, with weekly pay and opportunities for training, career development, and benefits. Applicants must meet background, drug screening, and MVR requirements and be able to drive company patrol

Qualifications

• Must be at least 26 years old for driving positions.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and additional client requirements.
• Ability to pass MVR driving requirements for driving positions.
• Strong verbal communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to write clear and accurate reports.

Responsabilités

• Act as a visible deterrent to prevent rule violations, unsafe behavior, or criminal activity.
• Perform thorough routine driving patrols of the assigned area including schools, district facilities, campuses, and schools.
• Provide after-hours alarm response.
• Monitor entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
• Control access points and maintain visitor/vendor logs.
• Observe and report suspicious activities, safety hazards, maintenance concerns, or policy violations.
• Prepare clear and accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation.
• Communicate effectively over radio, phone, or in person with supervisors, dispatchers, and clients.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and disturbances.
