Qualifications

• Must pass a background check and drug screening as part of client requirements.
• Must pass MVR driving requirements for driving positions.
• Strong verbal communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to write clear and accurate reports.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Act as a visible deterrent to prevent violations or criminal activity.
• Conduct armed driving patrols of the assigned area.
• Monitor entrance/exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
• Control access points and maintain logs.
• Observe and report suspicious activities and safety hazards.
• Prepare incident reports and daily activity logs.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatchers, and clients.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies promptly.
• Assist in evacuations and emergency procedures as needed.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and responders as required.
• Maintain professional appearance and comply with company procedures.
