Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, shoppers, and staff by following site policies.
• Respond to incidents and concerns calmly and escalates as needed.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report anomalies to the appropriate personnel.
• Complete activity logs and incident reports per site requirements.
