Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A security professional guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted.
• Criminal histories considered under applicable laws.
• Drug screen will be conducted where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols throughout the retail location to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting suspicious behavior and hazards.
• Document incidents and patrol activities accurately and communicate information to leadership and site management.
