Qualifications

• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed; 21+ for armed roles.

• Drug screen required as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors during security procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the retail location.
• Monitor for suspicious activity and document observations per site requirements.
• Assist with access control, directions, and customer interactions.
