Qualifications

Valid Alabama drivers license.

Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
Weekend availability.

Responsibilities

Patrol and monitor access points; verify IDs and credentials.
Monitor surveillance and respond to alarms or incidents per protocol.
Maintain detailed logs of activities and incidents.
Assist visitors and employees professionally and enforce site policies.

Duties & Responsibilities

Patrol & Surveillance

Conduct walking and vehicle patrols to identify and report safety concerns
Monitor access points; verify IDs and credentials
Monitor surveillance systems for threats or suspicious activity

Incident Response & Reporting

Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents per protocol
Maintain accurate logs of activities and incidents
Perform routine security tasks (e.g., locking/unlocking doors)

Customer Service & Policy Enforcement

Assist visitors and employees professionally
Enforce site-specific Post Orders and security protocols
Ensure compliance with SEI and client policies (e.g., smoking, loitering, parking)
