Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license in the state of the job location.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check conducted per applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and authorized individuals.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, and entry points.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and notify appropriate personnel.
• Document patrols and incidents in logs and reports.
