Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required in the state of location.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, contractors, and other authorized individuals following site procedures.
• Conduct regular/unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, entry points, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; verify authorization and direct individuals accordingly.
• Respond to incidents calmly and report to relevant personnel and responders.
• Document patrols and incidents accurately in logs and reports.
