Job summary

Eagles Point Security is hiring an Unarmed Security Officer in Vista, CA for full-time and part-time overnight shifts. You will maintain a secure presence, patrol the property, monitor access, and respond to hazards while delivering courteous service to residents and staff.

Candidates must have a valid BSIS Guard Card, reliable transportation, and strong English communication. You must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours and present professionally.

Qualifications

• Valid BSIS Guard Card (Required)
• 1 year of security experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and a working smartphone are required
• Strong written and verbal communication in English is required
• Physically able to stand/walk for 8 hours

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong security presence and deter unauthorized activity
• Conduct continuous foot patrols throughout the property
• Monitor access points and enforce entry protocols
• Respond to and report safety hazards, incidents, client contacts or suspicious behavior
• Use mobile reporting software and scan checkpoints to report hourly activity.
• Document incidents clearly and professionally in written reports
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents, guests, and staff
