Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong security presence and deter unauthorized activity.
• Conduct continuous foot patrols throughout the property.
• Monitor access points and enforce entry protocols.
• Respond to safety hazards, incidents, client contacts or suspicious behavior.
• Use mobile reporting software and scan checkpoints to report hourly activity.
• Document incidents clearly in written reports.
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents, guests, and staff.
