Job summary

Eagles Point Security is hiring Unarmed Security Officers for full-time and part-time overnight shifts in Vista, CA. The pay ranges from $18.00 to $19.00 per hour with on-site work at San Diego area facilities.

Qualifications

• BSIS Guard Card is required.
• 1 year security experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a working smartphone required.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Able to stand/walk for 8 hours.
• Professional appearance and dependable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong security presence and deter unauthorized activity.
• Conduct continuous foot patrols throughout the property.
• Monitor access points and enforce entry protocols.
• Respond to and report safety hazards, incidents, client contacts or suspicious behavior.
• Use mobile reporting software and scan checkpoints to report hourly activity.
• Document incidents clearly and professionally in written reports.
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents, guests, and staff.
