Now Hiring: Unarmed Security Officer (San Diego, CA)

Eagles Point Security is actively hiring Unarmed Officers for both full-time and part-time overnight shifts in Carlsbad CA.

Position: Unarmed Officer

Location: San Diego, CA
Type: Full-Time
Shifts: Graveyard shifts (4x10-hour shifts)
Pay: $18.00/hr. (based on experience)

Responsibilities Include:

• Maintain a strong security presence and deter unauthorized activity
• Conduct continuous foot patrols throughout the property
• Monitor access points and enforce entry protocols
• Respond to and report safety hazards, incidents, client contacts or suspicious behavior
• Use mobile reporting software and scan checkpoints to report hourly activity.
• Document incidents clearly and professionally in written reports
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents, guests, and staff

Requirements:

• Valid CA Driver's License. Maximum of 1 point on driving record (copy required to interview).
• Valid Guard Card issued by BSIS (required).
• Strong verbal/written communication and attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy: must be comfortable using reporting apps and GPS tracking.
• Valid BSIS Guard Card (Required)
• 1 year of security experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and a working smartphone are required.
• Physically able to stand/walk for entire shift
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
