This hands-on leadership role oversees security officers, coordinates staffing, performs site inspections, and ensures posts are properly staffed and compliant with client expectations.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience.
• Previous security experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned Security Officers.
• Coordinate officer scheduling and staffing.
• Respond to call-offs and assist with securing shift coverage.
• Conduct routine and unannounced site inspections.
• Verify officers are following post orders, company policies, and client expectations.
• Train, coach, support, and evaluate security personnel.
• Address employee performance concerns promptly.
• Communicate with clients regarding staffing and performance.
• Complete accurate reports and incident documentation.
• Assist management with emergencies and operational concerns.
