• Must have a valid Security Guard License.
• 2 years of experience as security officer or supervisory experience.
• Open availability to work all shifts and schedules.
• Must have reliable transportation.

• Must be able to walk/run flights of stairs daily.
• Ability to think clearly during crisis or high-stress periods.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and authorize entrance and departure of personnel to prevent theft and maintain security of premises.
• Answer calls and provide information during non-business hours.
• Investigate and prepare reports on incidents.
• Monitor and patrol premises to preserve order and safety.
• Enforce facility rules and respond to emergencies.
• Oversee daily workflow and assignments of security staff.
• Prepare and conduct training for new hires on safety topics.
• Escort individuals as needed and maintain property protection.
• Write detailed DARs and incident reports.
• Identify irregular or unusual activity and respond accordingly.
