Allied Universal is hiring a Shift Supervisor - Unarmed in Philadelphia, PA. The role oversees security for a high-profile facility, coordinates staffing, training, and post orders while ensuring contract compliance and safety for personnel and property.

The candidate must have at least two years of verifiable security experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license. Must be 21+ and capable of outdoor work and long standing/walking periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• One+ year verifiable security experience.
• Two+ years of verifiable work experience with customer service and emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates regarding performance of duties.
• Cross-training officers to increase versatility and site efficiency.
• Make productivity and cost reduction recommendations to management.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling and on-site training for security officers.
• Ensure contract required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to minimum or predefined levels.
• Inspect security personnel and their performance on shift.
• Prepare security surveys and post orders.
