Job summary

Marksman Security LLC is hiring a 2nd Shift Unarmed Security Officer in Missouri. The role includes patrolling, access control, and customer service duties at a premier automotive facility. The position offers 36 hours per week with a schedule of Monday-Wednesday 1:00pm-9:00pm and Saturday 5:00am-5:00pm, with Sundays, Thursdays and Fridays off.

A quarterly perfect attendance bonus of $100 is available. Ideal candidates have security experience, can stand and walk for extended periods, and

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Manage all guest/visitor access and monitor credentials.
• Document and maintain a log of visitors; notify residents of arrivals.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms; patrol perimeter to identify risks.
• Respond to distress calls and emergencies by contacting local responders.

2nd Shift - Unarmed Security Officer

Marksman Security is looking for qualified candidates to join our team of dedicated and compassionate security officers and firefighters.

Security Officer $18.50 p/hr.

Monday thru Wednesday 1:00pm - 9:00pm & Saturday 5:00am to 5:00pm

36 Hour Week - 1st & 2nd Shift

(Sundays, Thursdays & Fridays Off)

The ideal candidate MUST have previous experience in security and customer service fields.

Looking for passionate, skilled professionals to join our team. Must be reasonably physically fit and able to stand and walk for periods of time.

Security Officers, sometimes referred to as Security Guards, deter criminal activity, protect property and enforce rules on a property. Some monitor surveillance cameras and alarms from a stationary position, while others patrol areas and do security checks. In factories and offices, Security Officers provide protection for equipment and workers along with checking the credentials of vehicles and individuals coming and going from the premises.

What You'll Do

• Rover — Vehicle/foot patrols; deter theft, vandalism, and suspicious activity
• Gatehouse — Access control; greet and ID residents/guests, log vehicles, announce visitors
• Front Desk — Customer service, access control, CCTV monitoring, package distribution, visitor announcements

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests in a prompt and courteous manner
• Manage all guest/visitor access as needed and eject trespasser or violators from premises when deemed necessary
• Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles
• Document and maintain a log of visitors and notify residents of visitor’s arrival
• Assist in protecting others and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures
• Monitor and or detect any suspicious behavior to assist in the prevention of vandalism, theft and or other criminal behavior
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms
• Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks
• Warn violators of infractions e.g., loitering, smoking and or in possession of prohibited items
• Respond to calls of distress, alarms and or emergencies such as fire, injuries or presence of unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders
• Identify and report any and all concerns (safety, security breaches, unusual circumstances) in a timely manner
• Ensures accuracy and timely submission of required documentation (reports/documents)
• Ensure all rules/regulations are being enforced and followed
• Other duties to be determined by management

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older
• High school degree or equivalent
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Basic computer skills
• Must be able tomultitask and prioritize assigned tasks
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience
• Minimum of one year of security experience
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
• This position will require occasional crawling, crouching, climbing of stairs, kneeling, running,sitting, standing, stooping and walking for extended periods of time
