Responsibilities

Conducting routine patrols of assigned properties Monitoring facilities and reporting suspicious activity Enforcing access control procedures Responding to incidents and emergencies professionally Completing detailed incident and activity reports Monitoring security equipment and reporting concerns Assisting with investigations when necessary Maintaining a professional, approachable presence Providing outstanding customer service to clients, employees, and visitors Supporting a safe and positive environment at all times

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

Previous security experience Patrol or surveillance experience Knowledge of access control procedures Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills First Aid and CPR certification (preferred but not required) Customer service or hospitality experience
