Job summary

DFW Protective Security Force is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer for the Dallas/Fort Worth area. You will patrol, monitor access, report incidents, and respond to alarms to protect clients and property.

Candidates should be US citizens or legal residents, 18+, with a valid TX DL or TX ID, and prefer High School Diploma or GED. Fluency in English and a clean background are required; prior unarmed security experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• US citizen or legal resident.
• 18 years or older.
• Current TX Level II license (non-commissioned/unarmed).
• Pass a drug/alcohol test.
• Must have valid TX driver's license or TX ID.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Proficient in English with reading ability (minimum 9th grade).
• Criminal background check; no disqualifying charges.
• 1 year unarmed security experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patrols, monitors, and secures industrial or commercial properties.
• Interacts with guests, staff and investigates disturbances.
• Controls access and egress at post entrances and security doors.
• Responds to alarms, fires, and incidents; notifies authorities as needed.
• Completes written reports detailing inspections and incidents.
