Information Network Associates, Inc. (INA) in Harrisburg, PA is seeking dedicated Unarmed Security Guards for temporary 1st and 2nd shift assignments.

You will patrol facilities, monitor access, enforce client policies, and respond to incidents. Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, at least three years of security experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of law enforcement/security experience is required.
• Transportation: Access to reliable transportation.
• Background screening: Ability to pass INA's pre-employment background check, including drug screening and criminal history evaluation.
• Physical requirements: ability to work flexible hours, walk/run and lift over 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Security Patrols: conduct thorough patrols of buildings, perimeters, and parking lots.
• Policy Enforcement: enforce client policies and procedures per SOPs and INA policies.
• Threat Prevention: implement security measures to prevent sabotage and other threats.
• Access Control: manage ingress/egress points to secure areas.
• Incident Response: respond to emergencies and incidents.
• Legal Testimony: provide testimony in court proceedings if required.
• Emergency Management: act per site-specific protocols.
