Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; college degree in a related field preferred.
• Three (3) years of law enforcement/security experience preferred.
• Pass INA's pre-employment background check, including drug screening and criminal history evaluation.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Flexible hours including before/after shifts, nights and weekends; ability to walk, run, and maneuver; lift over 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Security Patrols: conduct thorough patrols of buildings, perimeters, and parking lots.
• Policy Enforcement: support client policies and procedures while adhering to SOPs and INA policies.
• Threat Prevention: implement security measures to protect against threats.
• Access Control: manage ingress and egress points to secure areas.
• Legal Compliance: enforce standards of conduct and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Incident Response: apprehend or detain individuals within your authority.
• Emergency Management: respond to emergencies per site protocols.
• Legal Testimony: provide testimony in court proceedings as needed.

Education
