Information Network Associates, Inc. (INA) is seeking dedicated Unarmed Security Guards to join our team at a client location in Carlisle, PA.

The role involves patrols, access control, incident response, and ensuring safety and compliance with company and client policies. This temporary position requires a High School diploma or GED (college degree preferred) and a background check, with nights/weekends and flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 3 years security or law enforcement experience preferred.
• Must pass INA pre-employment background check, including drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security patrols of buildings, perimeters, and parking areas.
• Enforce client policies and site procedures.
• Prevent threats and safeguard premises against unauthorized access and vandalism.
• Control access to designated areas and manage ingress/egress points.
• Enforce standards of conduct and applicable laws and regulations.
• Respond to incidents following site protocols and INA policies.
• Provide testimony in court or hearings as required.
• Assist in emergency management according to site procedures.
