Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Property Observation in Riverside, CA. You will monitor and protect government facilities, maintain a visible presence, and respond to security concerns while delivering excellent customer service.

Position: Full Time, Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour. Schedule includes Tue–Sat daytime shifts with ongoing responsibilities in access control and incident reporting. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen as a condition of employment where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and inquiries calmly and according to established protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of government buildings, parking areas, and perimeter areas to identify hazards or maintenance needs.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor activity, directing as needed.
• Prepare clear reports of incidents and daily activities for site leadership.
