Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, grounds, access points, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and document observations and incidents.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity reports and communicate security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
