Allied Universal in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol Response to protect facilities and personnel. You will patrol, monitor access, and respond to incidents while delivering professional customer service. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, and you must be at least 18 (21 for armed roles).

A background check and drug screen apply. This position offers a daytime schedule and pay of $21 per hour.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a utility location by carrying out site-specific procedures and access-control requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor authorization, and contractor entry.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify relevant personnel and document activities.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports regarding patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns.
