Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Unarmed Patrol Officer in Sanford, NC. You will patrol and monitor production areas, deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service within a manufacturing setting.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, and background/drug checks as applicable. CPR/First Aid certification preferred, with readiness to work a 2:00 PM–10:00 PM shift schedule across weekdays.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities within a manufacturing/industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, access points, parking areas and facility perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as directed, and report unusual conditions or maintenance concerns to site contacts and leadership.
• Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities accurately per site reporting requirements.
