Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouse spaces, offices, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, directing visitors and deliveries, and documenting entries and exits in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and complete required reports.
• Observe and report security-related conditions, property damage, suspicious activity, and policy violations to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership.
