Qualifications

• Background check and drug screen per law.
• License requirements vary by state/locality.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications site.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials per site procedures, report irregularities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly following emergency protocols.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation and communicate with leadership.
