• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check per federal/state/local laws; drug screen required.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors in a tech/telecom location while following site policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout the facility and report unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry; maintain logs and incident reports.
• Deter unauthorized activity with a visible presence and timely escalation.
