Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver in Clifton Hill, MO. You will provide a visible security presence, conduct patrols, and deliver excellent customer service for a technology-focused site.

Requirements include a valid driver's license, at least one year of security experience, and ability to pass background checks. This full-time role pays $17.00 per hour and offers shift schedules across days and nights.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver's license.
• Handcuffing certification preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Pepper spray certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and report unusual activity or access-control issues to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and contacting emergency services when needed.
• Prepare clear and accurate activity, incident, and patrol reports, and communicate observations and security-related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
