Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Driver Patrol Surveillance in Saint Charles, MO. You will perform unarmed patrols, monitor access points, and provide exceptional customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a tech/media/telecom site.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and compliance with background checks and drug screening policies.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required per driver policy.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, entry points, and the business perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, assisting with access control and reporting unauthorized access attempts or policy concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Document patrols, observations, incidents, and security-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
