Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer (Patrol Driver with Computer Reporting) in Chester, PA. You will patrol commercial real estate, assist with access control, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining a visible security presence.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and is designed for flexibility with a part-time schedule. Pay is $16.00 per hour, with opportunities to earn through our Shift-claim platform.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and guests.
• Conduct regular patrols of building common areas, parking areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity or policy violations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies following site procedures.
• Complete accurate activity reports and shift communications.
