Qualifications

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Criminal history may be considered in compliance with applicable laws.
• Drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public while following site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious behavior or maintenance concerns to staff.
• Prepare clear activity reports and incident documentation per site requirements.
