Qualifications

• Guard card or license preferred.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by law where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public by following security procedures and site policies at government facilities.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner, following reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeters to identify hazards and access concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, giving directions and assistance as needed.
• Prepare clear incident reports and communicate information to site contacts and emergency responders.
