Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver at a government site in Santa Ana, CA. You will patrol, deter security incidents, and support a welcoming environment while maintaining professional conduct and customer service.

Position is full-time with a minimum of 30 hours per week. A valid driver’s license is required for driving posts, with training and compliance across site procedures. Benefits include medical/dental/vision and more.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a valid driver’s license
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Background check per applicable laws
• Drug screen per law
• Licensing requirements may apply to state/local laws
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at an industrial location while following site policies and emergency procedures
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, offices, access points, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity
• Verify credentials and manage visitor/contractor entry procedures
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner following site procedures
• Document observations and incidents in required reports and logs
