Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements include a valid driver’s license, a guard card or license preferred, access control and badge experience preferred, customer service experience preferred, and age requirements (18+ for unarmed; 21+ for armed).
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment are required.
• Licensing requirements vary by state and locality.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and communicate with the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interiors, exteriors, parking areas, entrances and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and document incidents and policy violations per site procedures.
• Offer directions and report maintenance and security concerns to relevant personnel.
