Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by law.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements per state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at the aerospace and defense manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and per site protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, offices, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access control points and verify visitor/contractor authorization.
• Report unusual conditions and security concerns to leadership and client representatives.
