Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Driver Patrol in Wichita, KS. This full-time role involves serving clients, patrolling facilities, and supporting a safe environment at aerospace/defense sites. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma are required, plus background checks and drug screening as per policy.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors and delivery personnel; follow site-specific procedures and access-control requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations calmly and with clear reporting.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities, hangars, offices, parking areas and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor/contractor/vehicle authorization according to site policies.
• Document daily activities, observations, incidents and maintenance concerns accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities at an aviation and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and notification procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, hangars, offices, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and vehicle authorization in accordance with site policies.
• Document daily activities, observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns accurately and promptly.
