Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Access Systems in Charlotte, NC. You will monitor financial institution locations, patrol interiors and exteriors, and support access control with a strong customer-service orientation.

Position is full-time with a pay rate of $23.00 per hour. You will follow site procedures, respond to incidents, and prepare reports while working as part of a team in Allied Universal’s culture of integrity and service.

Qualifications

• Two years of security-related experience.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees following site procedures and emergency plans.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the financial institution location including interior and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity and assist with access control.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner and document activities.
• Prepare reports and communicate with site contacts and leadership.
