Qualifications

• Must be able to use a computer or tablet and access site systems.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to lift 20+ pounds as part of duties.
• State, county or city security license preferred where required.
• Applicants must be 18+ for unarmed roles and 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check and drug screen are standard conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and enforce site policies during shifts.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations calmly.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility.
• Monitor access and verify visitor or contractor authorization.
• Prepare clear, accurate patrol and incident reports per procedures.
