Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the property and deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting incidents and policy violations.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports and maintain professional communication with supervision.
