Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Badge Verification in San Diego, CA. This full-time role involves patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence, and supporting access control to deter incidents and protect clients.

You will interact professionally with visitors and staff, document observations, and provide service in a welcoming environment. Training and development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted as required by law.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
