Allied Universal seeks a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Access Patrol in Plainfield, IN. You will protect clients across multiple industries, conduct patrols, monitor access points, and provide exceptional customer service, contributing to a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check and drug screen will be conducted.
• Access control/badge experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Minimum age: 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents and access-control concerns with calm, clear communication.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas and report irregularities.
• Monitor entrances, visitor activity, and employee/vendor access per site requirements.
• Maintain a professional presence to deter unauthorized activity and ensure a positive experience.
