Qualifications

• One or more years of security-related experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background checks and drug screening per law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms and critical situations, documenting activity.
• Conduct regular/unarmed patrols of the facility and perimeter to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, report suspicious activity to leadership.
• Prepare incident reports and daily activity logs per site requirements.
